Common questions

How do I make a reveal?

Open a project with at least two entries, pick any two to compare, and drag the slider. Save or Share is always free. Wipe video, montage, and HD export are part of Premium.

My photos don’t line up between shots

Use the ghost camera when adding an entry: the previous photo appears translucent in the viewfinder — match the angle and distance before shooting. For imported photos, use Align on the reveal screen to nudge, zoom, or rotate the newer shot.

Restoring a purchase

On the Premium screen, tap Restore Purchases. Premium follows your Apple account, so it restores on a new device with the same Apple ID. Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Backing up or moving my projects

When iCloud is available, Release builds may synchronize supported project records and progress-photo data through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple account so projects can appear on your Apple devices. You can also export any project as a ZIP archive (photos + timeline) and import it on another device.

Where do my photos go?

Your photos and project details are stored on your device and, in Release builds when iCloud is available, may synchronize through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple account. Itermark has no Neon Tiger Labs account or photo server. Anonymous usage counts never include your photos or project content and can be turned off in Settings › Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.

Requesting a refund

Purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How product information is verified

Product details on this site are checked against Itermark’s release configuration before deployment. Automated checks block unsupported claims about availability, pricing, privacy, and what the camera can do.

Illustrations are labeled when they explain an idea rather than show the app. The ghost overlay helps you match framing by eye; it does not automatically lock or perfectly align a shot. If a product fact changes in the app, the matching website fact is expected to change with it before release.
